Authors are invited to submit full-length papers (08 pages max) written in English, and formatted using the IEEE templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

All papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, originality, and presentation. All papers submitted to WWN3C’23 conference must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere.
